Nurse-led, clinically informed supported living for adults with complex needs across South Wales.

Our Services

A Clear Path to the Right Support

Every person’s journey looks different. Our services are designed to meet you wherever that journey starts, from hospital transition through to long-term, independent living.

What We Offer

Three Ways We Support You

Whether someone needs complex clinical support, a carefully managed transition from hospital, or simply a settled home, every pathway leads to the same nurse-led supported living model.

Step-Down & Transition Support

For those moving on from hospital or another residential setting, a structured, carefully planned transition into community living.

Specialist Supported Living

For those ready for long-term, independent living with the right level of support in place, our core nurse-led supported living model.

Complex Needs & Behavioural Support

For those who need complex, clinically-led support from the outset, including dual diagnosis and forensic histories, this is where that support begins.

Why Choose Us

What Sets Us Apart

Nurse-Led

Every part of our support is guided by clinical knowledge, from Positive Behaviour Support plans and functional assessments to risk awareness and person-centred care planning. Our leadership team stays actively involved in assessments, transitions and staff guidance.

Family-Run

Bold Cymru is family-owned and family-run. Our directors work on the floor, mentoring staff shoulder-to-shoulder, because the best support is shown as well as taught. Families placing a loved one with us feel that difference.

In-House Expertise

Our team comes from a specialist behavioural background, with in-house PBM trainers and BILD-accredited physical intervention training. Everything needed to support complex needs safely lives within our own service, ready from day one.
