Bold Cymru is a data-driven service. Support levels, behavioural strategies and outcomes are backed by real evidence, reviewed continuously, and shared openly with the professionals around each person.
Behaviour Monitoring
Behaviour charts and incident reports capture what’s really happening, so patterns are spotted early and support adapts quickly.
The ABC Model
When behaviours occur, we dissect them using the Antecedent, Behaviour, Consequence model to understand the function behind the behaviour, not just the behaviour itself.
Evidencing Support Levels
Where individuals need enhanced staffing, we evidence how every hour of support is used and the outcomes it delivers, keeping commissioners and families fully informed.

Regulated by Care Inspectorate Wales
Bold Cymru is registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW). As a new service, we are awaiting our first inspection, and we welcome it. Our service has been built to inspection standards from day one, by directors whose previous services earned strong reports and recognition from CIW and commissioners alike.
Our physical intervention training is BILD-accredited and delivered under licence from PRT (Positive Response Training), with our own in-house PBM trainers keeping standards consistent across the team.
