A Home That Promotes Independence & Quality of Life

At BOLD, we believe that support should be built around the individual rather than the service.

Through Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), active support approaches, trauma-informed care, and reducing restrictive practices, individuals are encouraged to take an active role in their daily lives while receiving the support they need to feel safe and successful.

Whether someone is moving from a hospital setting, residential care, or another supported living service, our aim is to create stable placements where people can develop skills, build confidence, participate in their community, and enjoy an improved quality of life.
Support levels, staffing arrangements, and interventions are tailored around individual needs and reviewed regularly to ensure the right balance of support and independence is maintained.
