Specialising in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), service development, staff training, and reducing restrictive practices, they remain actively involved in shaping BOLD’s person-centred and outcomes-focused approach.

Nikki brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across social care, treatment and assessment services, and continuing healthcare environments. Her experience supporting individuals with complex needs helps ensure BOLD delivers safe, high-quality, and person-centred support.

Tony Doyle

Director

Tony is a triple-trained nurse in General Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, and Learning Disability Nursing. He was one of the original contributors involved in the development of Positive Behavioural Management (PBM), a BILD-accredited training approach still recognised within learning disability services today. His extensive clinical experience continues to shape BOLD’s specialist approach to Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed care, and reducing restrictive practices.
